Whats up everyone!! I'm back for Madden 22 Next gen. As of this writing, the game has lots of bugs and like penalties in franchise not working, Fatigue not working properly, qbs not scrambling past the line of scrimmage etc etc. however franchise mode has some much needed improvements and once the new scouting drops, this game should be lots of fun.

Apparently the values in the sliders are straight numbers, not percentage, so once their Max Fatigue drops to a certain point, they can't go back in. I dropped the sub-out/sub-in sliders way down to 40 or 50 and sub-in about 5 points higher than sub-out and it seems to have "fixed" it enough for starters to keep playing.
